RSH’s FWTI covers every aspect of your new home and can be utilized as the final report. Some builders will hire an inspector to do this “final walk-through” but it is in your interest to get an independent report from RSH Engineering prior to taking possession of the house. Why? Because, we conduct an exhaustive inspection with a rigorous 300-point “Engineer’s” checklist. At the end, you will possess a clear report documented with photos with solutions provided, sealed and signed by one of our professional and licensed engineers. You will be armed with the detailed report and be able to approach your builder with authority, backed by a licensed engineer versus a report from a home inspector that the builder does not have to comply with.
