Usually, the commercial roofing inspection report would be delivered within 2-3 working days. In some cases, it might take up to a week. The inspector would tell you when to inspect it after the inspection is complete.

Yes, we would create an accurate and yet easy to read report that can be understood by someone who is not from an engineering background. The report would include digital photos and videos at times to substantiate the data.

If you want to be present during a commercial roofing inspection, make sure that you bring a notepad to take notes. You can move in and around the property with our commercial roofing inspector or engineer and take notes on stuff that could be important for you but might not be included in the inspection report like minor leaks.
